Wine is Fine But Marshmallows are Dandy
All hail Chicago Soydairy! By golly they’ve done it again. Not only have they raised the bar stories high for what one can consider a vegan cheese (Teese) but now they have dropped my marshmallow-missing jaw with their air-puffed Dandies.
Their vegan marshmallow just nabbed Veg News‘ Best of Show awards at the Natural Products Expo West in early March. Being a huge fan of mallow-y taste and texture, I knew I had to get me some a.s.a.p. But, much like the wave of excitement surrounding Sweet and Sara‘s marshmallow treats, early stocks were limited and in big demand. When VeganEssentials let me know they were back in stock I quickly ordered some. They arrived today and what a treat it is to be “one of the very first people to try them”, as their simple temporary label notes.
I am happy to announce that these are true marshmallows in every way: to the powdery surface texture, soft bite and plush pillowy chew… they have hit the nail on the head! Perfecto. Another amazing new vegan product- by far the best vegan marshmallow on the market. I look forward to poking a stick through them and engulfing them in flames soon.

If they keep making all these goodies for us, vegans will no longer be able to say that we’re usually thinner than our omnivore friends!
Heh, dare I agree with the above commment. Those dandys certainly were dandy!
I can’t wait until I get the email from Vegan Essentials telling me they’re back in stock!
Thanks for the product review. So good to know!
