    Are you sure the bacon strips on that last one is vegan? It looks identical to Morningstar Farms bacon to me, which was super hard for me to give up when I made the switch from vegetarian to vegan. So… if they are vegan, what brand are they? I’m dying for a good bacon replacement.

    Ugh, I originally just had “the bacon” not “the bacon strips” and wrote everything as singular, then forgot to change it when I added the word strips. Oh well- you know what I mean.

    Not sure now! They claimed the dish was vegan but then I saw that this looks like the Morningstar bacon which have egg whites!!
