After a trip to the farmers market (and Williams Sonoma), it was time to test out the brand new grill pan.

Speaking of fresh veggies, my plum tomatoes are almost ready for pickin’.
And many eggplants are showing their gorgeous black-purple skin.
And a green bell pepper. My garden is all grown up!
With roasted beets, grilled kale and beet greens and tamarind grilled tempeh, I’m ready to face going back to work. Goodbye Summer, t’was a delight. Happy Labor Day!
