Summer Sistas!
After, a late lunch of summer eats–Vietnamese in Farmingdale, The Rolling Spring Roll. It was such a delight to find a high quality, authentic Vietnamese options on Long Island. It expands the spectrum of cravings I can fulfill close to home… kinda my mission since moving back here. Scrumptiously appropriate summer rolls with peanut sauce. Amazing.
And yowzer, a vegan banh mi. Sandwich perfection. Perfect post-beach meal.
