The Perfect Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

1) Pre-heat 350 degrees

2) Mix dry ingredients in large bowl:
1 cup flour (1/2 white & 1/2 whole wheat)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/3 cup cho cho chips

3) Mix wet ingredients in small bowl:
1&1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup real maple syrup
1/4 tsp. black strap molasses
1/4 cup canola oil

4) Mix wet in to dry.

5) Cook dollops on ungreased cookie sheet for 11 minutes. Let cool on rack.
