XYST-entialism in Chelsea

Yet another Matthew Kenney eatery has opened its doors: XYST. As with all Matthew Kenney eateries, the plates were pretty and the Chelsea space was a beautiful refuge. Here is the brunch pictorial on my recent visit.
Falafel Waffle: smoked tofu scramble with cashew hollandaise
Cast Iron Socca: Market greens, herb puree, avocado
Everything was delicious. But Matthew Kenney, please don’t open another restaurant unless it is exclusively desserts. Only well-done high-end desserts.
